Why The Name?

Research shows that youth who participate in extracurricular activities are 50% less likely to use drugs and alcohol. This program was created to offer children from low income homes the ability to play sports at no cost to provide positive role models, healthy social opportunities, and drug prevention education.

What We Do?

With the help of community sponsors and fundraisers, Family Wellness Outreach Center of Mississippi has had the opportunity to assist in purchasing Pads, Helmets, Jerseys, and other essential equipment for The Mooreville Pee-Wee Football teams in 2023.

We are excited for to provide an opportunity for the youth in Lee County to participate in a sport that helps build teamwork, confidence, and self-discipline, as well as provide positive role-models.
